Pricing policy

Know exactly what a conversation consumes before you invite your first teammate.

Standard Telecom Credits

Each inbound or outbound text segment uses 1 Standard Credit. MMS uses 2 Standard Credits in either direction. Standard Credits are not AI Credits.

AI Credits and modes

Normal uses Standard Credits only, in either direction. Co-Pilot uses Standard + 1 AI Credit for an incoming draft; an approved outgoing reply uses Standard only. Auto-Pilot uses Standard + 1 AI Credit for incoming processing and outgoing messages.

Automatic top-ups

With owner consent and a saved card, the Standard meter refills by 500 for $15 and the AI meter by 100 for $10. No manually sold prepaid packs are available on Solo or Teams.

Human seats

Solo includes 2 human seats and Teams includes 5. Additional human seats are $20/month each and are reconciled through the owner-controlled team invite flow.
