Nine parts of a considered campaign
Audience selection
Reach the right people, not the whole list.
Build an audience around contact attributes such as purchase history, location, engagement, or custom tags. An estimated audience size helps teams refine their criteria before committing.

Contact segmentation
Give each group a message that fits.
Organize contacts into static segments that stay fixed or dynamic segments that update as contact data changes. Campaign replies can continue into the shared inbox your team already uses.

Example reply continues in the shared inbox.
Credit-aware delivery
Know what a campaign may cost before it goes.
Review remaining credits and projected campaign costs before activation. If the audience would exceed available credits, Textitie warns the team and offers the choice to reduce the audience or pause.

Illustrative credit check
If projected use exceeds the available balance, review the audience or pause until credits are added.
Compose and review
Make the message clear before it reaches anyone.
Write, personalize, and preview the message, then review checklist flags such as missing opt-out language or content that may be truncated. Stakeholders can comment on a draft before approval.

Interaction-date audience filters
Let timing make the audience more relevant.
Filter by when a contact last interacted—for example, to avoid reaching someone contacted recently or follow up with people who engaged with an earlier campaign.

Message personalization
Make a campaign feel more like one conversation.
Use fields such as a contact’s name, order status, or appointment time, with conditional wording for different segments. Character limits and readability checks help keep messages understandable.

Scheduled activation
Choose a time that works for the people receiving it.
Schedule a one-time or recurring campaign. Time-zone handling helps messages arrive at appropriate local times, and campaigns can work alongside business-hours rules.

Opt-out and blocked-contact suppression
Suppression is a hard stop—not a setting.
Before sending, contacts who have texted STOP, unsubscribed through another channel, or been marked blocked are automatically excluded. Suppression cannot be overridden or bypassed by adding a contact back without fresh consent.
